In our latest Midas Meets, we spoke to Henrietta Richardson, who joined Midas as an Account Executive and has since worked on variety of clients including The London Book Fair, Audible, Oxford University Press, Sugar Studios and much more! She shares her love for romance novels and taking the leap to joining the publishing industry.

Best thing about my job is…
Working with well-known and established names in the industry alongside an amazing and supportive team. I’m proud to be part of the Midas team and work with such incredible clients. I love that every day is different, which comes with having a variety of clients.
I got to where I am today by…
Saying yes to things and having the confidence to take a sideways step. I started my career in a PR agency specialising in pensions but always wanted to be in the publishing world. I used my transferable skills and entered my dream world of publishing and I’m so glad I did!
In my spare time, I like to…
See my friends and family, either in the pub or going for a long walk with a coffee in hand. I’m currently training for the Moon Walk (20 May) where you walk the marathon length (26.2 miles) during the night for Breast Cancer.
